      To expose all content in Nav bar, remove all 2nd level pages from TOC and reorganize content to inline these pages. Added Security page.

       

      1) home page inline sections (no subpages)

      2) Remove IPA Server Requirements page and add to Conformance page:

      IPA conformant servers SHALL support:

      the resources as profiled by IPA to represent clinical information (Profile Support) and the RESTful FHIR API interactions defined for it (Interaction Support) which is documented on this page.
      the SMART on FHIR obligations and capabilities which is documented on the Gaining Access to a Patient Record page.

      3a) move Privacy and Consent , Safety Checklist, and introduction to Security subpages to new first class _Security page on the menu bar.

      3b) move content from old Security subpage to section under Server Obligation_s in _Gaining Access to a Patient Record page.

      4) moved Generating Patient Docs page to inline section in Finding and Retrieving Patient Information page.

    Description

      Conformance security, docgen, and privacy pages are listed and hyperlinked in this section and in the TOC, but is not included as a page under the Using the API dropdown - making it difficult to navigate, Same is true for Relationship to the International Patient Summary. I use the tabs to navigate and was expecting to see them in my readthrough and had to go back to find the hyperlinks.
