The primaryCancerCondition slice of .entry is allowed to repeat (1..*) but the mCode profile suggests that the profile is only used for the "original or first tumor in the body" (although it later goes on to talk about cancers that are "not clearly secondary" which adds some ambiguity). Please clarify the use of the primaryCancerCondition slice in terms of an individual being able to have either just one or multiple for a given report.
