    Description

      Is this still true?

      " Other resources allowed in the base FHIR specification may be referenced even though the current publication framework does not display them. For example, RelatedPerson is an allowed target reference in DocumentReference.author."

      I remember the publishing problem was fixed since US Core 3.2.0. In this version, DocumentReference.author does show target references contains "US Core RelatedPerson Profile"
