    Description

In the Clinical Test Result Observation profile, we have slices on category for procedure, exam, and activity, and they are all marked as must support.  Why do we need those?  They don't seem to obviously map into USCDIv2 language anywhere.  This imposes a categorization requirement on servers (or their users) that seems unnecessary.

I suggest removing the different slices, and just having one slice that requires a category value indicating the resource is a clinical test result (I'm not picky about the code we use - I'm just asking for a single category instead of three).
