Looking into other knowledge bases, I am unable to find that they provide this information in a structured manner.  This will have to be an extension on MedicationKnowledge for now until other implementers come forward with this need.

MedicationKnowledge.storageGuideline - can be used for storage information

preparationInstructions can be used for that kind of information - as markdown.

Monograph is where other types of information could be found (e.g. z-track technique).  If that is not sufficient, suggest an extension.

    Description

We need to inform additional information related to the administration of a medicine such as preparation, storage, dilution, administration instructions.

For example, use the Z-track technique for the administration of Noripurum. Or 500mg of Medication X mixed in 100ml of normal saline that should be stored at 40 to 50 F and will remain stable for 24 hours.

We have not found an element in MedicationKnowledge.indicationGuideline (in V4 named as administrationGuideline) to store this information. Our suggestion is to create new elements in MedicationKnowledge.indicationGuideline - see  attached spreadsheet.
