Notes from 12/17/21 CQI discussion with Bryn  Add elements where there is a subjectResults element: subjectReport 0..* Reference(MeasureReport) For subject-list reports, references to the individual reports for subjects in this population These elements would be exclusive with the subjectResults elements and would allow Implementers the option of providing references to the individual MeasureReport resources directly, rather than through the indirection of the list. Note that this introduces a constraint on the size of the subject-list MeasureReport; implementations would be free to return a TOO-COSTLY response if a request is made for a subject-list report with too many subjects. Add an example of the new subjectReport element for clarity.
