I downloaded the defniitions from the latest draft of the R4B spec at https://build.fhir.org/branches/R4B/downloads.html on Nov 12.

While using the content I noticed that the entry with fullUrl http://hl7.org/fhir/CodeSystem/resource-types from the valuesets.json artifact contains duplicate entries for the following resource types:

• Resource
• DomainResource
• Parameters

I double-checked the website at their duplicated there as well:  https://build.fhir.org/branches/R4B/codesystem-resource-types.html
