Update QI-Core Must Support guidance to reference the newest US Core 5.0.0 Must Support section US Core 2.2 Must Support.
The change from US Core version 3.1.1 is that the tooling now allows specification of individual datatypes and references that Must be Supported within a Must Support element. The added specificity is important to highlight.

    Description

Qi Core discusses must support and references US Core: http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/fhir-qi-core/index.html#mustsupport-flag

However, updates were made in section 2.2.53 http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/US-Core/conformance-expectations.html#must-support---complex-elements to discuss support for complex elements and the inverse use case where the parent element is not a must support.

Recommend review and consideration if we explicitly state in Qi Core as well.
