Structure tabs of type definitions use interface icon on abstract classes and abstract icon on interface classes.

    Description

      The sections 2.6.5.2 Abstract Classes and 2.6.5.1 Interface describe abstract and interface classes and identify and diagram some of each.

      However the structure tabs for abstract classes, e.g. Base and BackboneType, have the «I» flag and the abstract classes, e.g. CanonicalResource have the «A» flag. The UML tabs are correct.

      Use the correct flags in the structure tabs of the type definitions
