    Description

      When administering a medication there are situations where the patient has only taken part of a the full dose of a medication.  This element would allow users to quickly document that a "subPotent" dose has been administered, and would also support users being able to quickly identify that a specific dose of a medication was not fully administered and taken by the patient.
