The vaccination profiles have a number of fixed values (status and vaccineCode.coding.system in multiple slices).  In all these cases, you are using pattern (i.e, patternCode and patternUri).  This would allow for the status and coding systems to each have ids and extensions additionally provided.

In the spirit of keeping things minimal, you may want to consider using fixedCode and fixedUri instead, as these require exact matches and disallow extensions and ids.
