Description
As defined, this seems completely orthogonal to DTR's concept of rulesets and it's not obvious why it's DTR functionality. I see two possibilities:
- If someone is using DTR and decides they want to record a to-do item, they switch context back to their EHR and create the 'todo' using normal EHR processes
- The ruleset somehow supports the creation of Tasks (or even full-blown orders) as part of the ruleset logic (capturing information as part of the Questionnaire, etc.)
In the first case, there's nothing needed in DTR at all - and DTR is not going to have the ability to generate 'todos' nearly as effectively as the native EHR can (where typical delegates, Task queues, etc. are known)
