Description
The IG requires the use of a 410 HTTP response code for deleted resources. This adds a potential extra requirement for servers to support resource versioning.
With STU2, the plan is to enable a status and period for formulary drugs (entries/items) and plans, which could be used in place of requiring support for resource version history.
Please remove the requirement for 410 HTTP response in the Capability Statement.
