PDex migrated the member-match operation to HRex. For the purposes of Payer Data Exchange, it is proposed that the HIPAA Covered Entity (Health Plan) collects authorization/permission from a member to acquire their clinical data from a prior Health Plan (another HIPAA-covered Entity). The information about that authorization to be incorporated in a Consent resource that can be incorporated as an optional entry in the member-match transaction.
