      The justification for declaring the data model is for clients to search, however search already supports finding the dependsOn.product or property uri. 

      An IG would describe the macro level of how concept maps are structured. The IG provides context and can be searched.

    Description

      A ConceptMap can depend on and produce elements from a data model.  The ConceptMap should declare up front what data model and data elements it both depends on and produces so that clients can search for ConceptMaps and filter by dependencies and products that they have/need
