Agreed, apply changes as suggested with the exception of the duplicate-pmid code, which should be defined as follows:

duplicate-pmid becomes duplicate-uid - Different text for the same object with a different identifier - An alternative form of the title in two or more entries, e.g. in multiple medline entries--

    Description

Discussion in previous FHIR trackers (https://jira.hl7.org/browse/FHIR-32322, https://jira.hl7.org/browse/FHIR-32312) include additions to the TitleType value set to support uses for both Citation and ResearchStudy Resources.  Mapping out title types with greater precision led to separation of types such that a title can have more than one type. The proposed disposition is now to make two changes:

      1. Change the cardinality of Citation.citedArtifact.title.type from 0..1 to 0..*
      2. Replace the TitleType code system and value set with the following terms:

      Code Display Definition
primary Primary title Main title for common use. The primary title used for representation if multiple titles exist.
official Official title The official or authoritative title.
scientific Scientific title Title using scientific terminology.
plain-language Plain language title Title using language common to lay public discourse.
subtitle Subtitle Subtitle or secondary title.
short-title Short title Brief title (e.g. 'running title' or title used in page headers)
acronym Acronym Abbreviation used as title
earlier-title Different text in an earlier version Alternative form of title in an earlier version such as epub ahead of print.
language Different language Additional form of title in a different language.
autotranslated Different language derived from autotranslation Machine translated form of title in a different language, language element codes the language into which it was translated by machine.
      human-use Human use Human-friendly title
      machine-use Machine use Machine-friendly title
duplicate-pmid Different text in additional Medline entry Alternative form of title in two or more Medline entries.

This would be non-compatible changes because prior terms (primary-human-use and primary-machine-use) were separated.
