Agree, QICoreDiagnosticReportLab.specimen has been modified to reference QICoreSpecimen. AND, QICoreImagingStudy.series.specimen should also be modified to reference QICoreSpecimen (http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/fhir-qi-core/StructureDefinition-qicore-imagingstudy-definitions.html#ImagingStudy.series.specimen that change has not occurred as yet in version QICore 4.1.1

Description

the element .specimen in both resources points to base FHIR Specimen instead of QI Core Specimen profile.

Note: Unclear how you could enforce the use of QI Core Specimen on DiagnosticReport and Lab Observations for QI Core since they use the US Core Profile that just points to base FHIR Specimen.
