    Description

The IPS example Medication resource includes two codes in Medication.code, both for Simvastatin, a cholesterol-lowering drug. However, the Medication.code.text entry says "Fluspiral 50 mcg". As far as I can tell, the latter is a cortisone-based asthma-medication in spray form. This is confusing to users and may create uncertainty about the use of Medication.code.text, so I would suggest that it be corrected, e.g. by replacing the Fluspiral-label with e.g. "Simvastatin 40 MG".
