The above section states "To search for an encounter diagnosis, query for Conditions that reference the Encounter of interest and have a category of encounter-diagnosis"

However, the profile does not set Condition.encounter to must support so it is unlikely that the "and" condition to reference the "Encounter of interest" is ever going to be fulfilled.

Either this prose needs to be updated or Condition.encounter should be set to Must Support in the profile.
