      The value set was created to accommodate variations for fluid specimens rather than taking just the highest level concept and potentially missing other more granular typing of specimens tagged by the reference lab.

      However, it is understandable that these could be clinically seen as duplication. We can subsequently clarify the value set intent in our mCODE genomics documentation.
