    Description

      Proposed Wording:

      The use of the word “expansion” in the context of “expanding value sets” (first line in this section) or “Supporting the stable expansion of value sets” (Item No.2 in this section) – I believe it might not just be an ‘expansion’ of a value set, but rather ‘addition, deletion, modification’ of a value set.
