Changing the case of the search parameters can potentially break searches on case-sensitive implementations. Given the approaching Patient Access Interoperability Rule deadline of July 1, 2021, guidance will be added to the implementation guide indicating that the DrugName, DrugPlan, and DrugTier will be changed to lower-case 'drug-name', 'drug-plan', and 'drug-tier' in a future release. This issue will be addressed more comprehensively for a future release under a separate ticket.
