    Description

      You can't have overlapping codes in an extensible value set. You also can't have a code for 'other' - bceause at that point it's automatically a 'required' value set. Finally, the definitions for the nema codes are talking about identifier types, not entity types. The set of possible codes for entities is far too large and variable for there to be utility in trying to standardize them, nor to ask implementers to map. This must be relaxed to an example binding to an enumerated value set of codes showing the breadth and depth possible/appropriate for use here.
