    Description

In a scenario where patient charts keep changing during the session, what will be the recommended approach? If there is a context management solution in place, will it be the preferred source of truth when it comes to getting patient context?

      Existing Wording:

Synchronization of patient context is not addressed. In other words, if the patient chart is changed during the session, the application will not inherently be updated.
