We probably can't fit a full set of PKCE params in our diagrams, but we will update the examples at:

to include a full PKCE example.

And so there's some mention in the diagram, we can add a "code_challenge_method=S256" example to the diagram in https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/smart-app-launch/index.html#standalone-launch-sequence

Update sequence diagram to reflect PKCE parameter. This will also provide as an example for PKCE flow
