Add 6 terms to the CitationArtifactClassifier value set (code, display, definition):

      1. cds-artifact, Clinical Decision Support Artifact, The artifact is used for decision support for healthcare decisions.
      2. prediction-model, Prediction Model, A formula or expression used to calculate an outcome representing a predicted result.
      3. interactive-form, Interactive Form, A user interface that supports data entry and data display.
      4. terminology, Terminology, A structured set of codes and display values, which may be subtyped as a code system, value set, taxonomy, or ontology.
      5. pseudocode, PseudoCode, A non-executable, human-readable representation of software code.
      6. standard-specification, Standard Specification, An explicit set of requirements for an item, material, component, system or service, often used to define a technical standard which is an established norm or requirement for a repeatable technical task.

    Description

Several value sets in the Citation Resource can have codes added based on recent implementations, including:

for CitationArtifactClassifier - add codes for Clinical Decision Support Artifact, Model, Interactive Form, Terminology, PseudoCode, and Standard - actual examples from MCBK efforts and from creating citations for the FHIR specification

for CitedArtifactStatusType - add accepted, approved, and created

for TitleType - add official - use needed for ClinicalTrials.gov

for JournalIssueMedium-- CHANGE value set name to CitedMedium — add offline-digital-storage, print-without-issue, offline-digital-storage-without-issue (to the 3 existing codes of internet, print, and internet-without-issue)

for articleUrlType - add code-repository, computable-resource, version, restricted, and file-directory; REMOVE abstract-version, full-text-version, pdf-version, json-version, xml-version, and supplementary-file-directory; ALSO CHANGE Citation.citedArtifact.webLocation.type to 0..* cardinality - use case is a type="compressed-file" could be coupled with type="computable-resource" as both types are important to denote

      for ContributorSummaryType - complete list to cover author-string, contributorship-list, contributorship-statement, acknowledgement-list, acknowledgement-statement

for CitedArtifactClassificationType – add code "coverage", display "Coverage" and definition "The spatial or temporal topic of the resource, spatial applicability of the resource, or jurisdiction under which the resource is relevant"

for ContributorRole – change Display of author code to "Author/Creator" and change definition to "An entity primarily responsible for making the resource, often called author or creator."
