Description
Concepts used from UMLS should be available as FHIR Code System to have the valid codes in a structured way for validation and value set expansion. Currently, the definition under https://terminology.hl7.org/1.0.0/CodeSystem-umls.html says publisher: "TBD - External Body". See also UMLS note on https://www.hl7.org/fhir/terminologies-systems.html
Suggested Change: Add codes to SNOMED or define in own Coding System in FHIR Code System format and define the mapping to UMLS.
