Techniques in the table of valid Modality and Technique combinations  should match the Techniques in the Teleradiotherapy Technique Value Set. COMP is listed as valid technique but not in Technique Value Set.

We should use exactly the same terms as in the technique Value Set or at least fix the following: 3D should not say conformal (at least that was the reason why the code conformal was not considered fitting). For example "3D planned radiotherapy".

VMAT: change "volumetric Modulated Radiation Therapy" to "Volumetric Modulated Arc Therapy".
