      • Remove status, code, effective, issued from differential table.
      • Mark performer as MUST SUPPORT.

    Description

      QI Core DiagnosticReportLab is built on US Core Diagnostic Report Lab (http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/STU3.1/StructureDefinition-us-core-diagnosticreport-lab.html)

      In that profile, issued and performer are listed as Must Support.  However the QI Core DiagnosticReportLab does not show these values as Must Support.  

      They do show in Differential View
