      Replace CQL snippet for the Observation with CMS2 example, depression screening not null. Add caption to all CQL snippets, and a sentence to explain the snippet.

      Add "US Core" to the list and add "USCore Laboratory Result" in the introduction.

    Description

      All Profiles seem to have a chunk of CQL in them but this one has no label on it at all.  Also it is confusing because it uses Pap Test but based on DiagnosticReport, this would be a US Core Lab Observation not a QI Core Observation

       

      Note:  It would be nice for all pages to have similar text around the CQL definitions.
