Description
The scope definition is:
Must describe the access that the app needs, including clinical data scopes like patient/*.read, openid and fhirUser (if app needs authenticated patient identity) and either
What are clinical data scopes? This suggests that there are also non-clinical and non-data scopes. If these exists what are they? Further more, openid does not sound like a clinical data scope.
Suggest to remove clinical data.
