Description
The MedicationRequest profile says:
MedicationRequest resources associated with an mCODE patient and associated with cancer treatment MUST conform to this profile.
While the MedicationAdministration profile says:
MedicationAdministration resources associated with an [mCODE patient] SHOULD conform to this profile.
It's not clear why one is a MUST and the other a SHOULD. I suggest clarifying why the bar is lower for MedicationAdministration.
