The current binding for the patient.contact.relationship is Personal Relationship - IPS (required) , this value set, derived from the CDA value set, doesn't cover relationship as the guardian or other of interest.

Moreover the binding of the Patient resource is Patient Contact Relationship (Extensible); but these concepts are not part of our value sets.

Suggest to add the Patient Contact Relationship concepts to our value set and make the strength extensible.
