Description
1. Update text to: This QDM to QI-Core Mapping for the QDM Datatype “Adverse Event” has been updated from QDM 5.5 to QDM 5.6
2. Table 1st row: Link for event should be: StructureDefinition-qicore-adverseevent-definitions.html#AdverseEvent.event
3. Table 2nd row: ADD COMMENT: Although not specified in QDM, QI-Core provides the ability to differentiate between potential versus actual events.
4. Table code row: Change to: "Type of the event in relation to the subject; reference SNOMED-CT event hierarchy to represent the event in an eCQM.
