    Description

      https://hl7.org/fhir/smart-app-launch/2021May/index.html#ehr-launch-sequence

Section 1.0.5.1 describes the EHR launch sequence and specifies that the app can call either the "/metadata" or ".well-known/smart-configuration" endpoints to receive the OAuth URLs.  However, the diagram only shows a call to the "/metadata" endpoint.

Section 1.0.5.2 describes the Standalone App launch sequence.  This diagram also only shows a call to the "/metadata" endpoint, though the prose section only specifies using ".well-known/smart-configuration".

The diagrams and prose should be modified to be consistent with each other.
