      Change the description of the datatype and of the Element to be:

      A name, normally of a human, that can be used for other living entities (eg. animals but not organizations) that have been assigned names by a human and may need the use of name parts or the need for usage information.

    Description

      HumanName is described today in terms that it seems specific to describing only humans. Yet it really is specific to "names" that "humans" assign to entities. Thus allowing HumanName to be used to describe animals. 

      It's the name given to the 'entity' that uses human naming conventions
