plantuml (with graphviz dot) is built in to the IG publisher process. We need to move to the automation to reduce the complexity of the build.

This means that all plantuml files in image-source move to a .plantuml extension and the md files gain:
<div>

{%include [filename].svg%}

</div>
to automatically import the file from /images.
