This was left intentionally vague at the time since there was agreed-on mechanism for declaring this (though we wanted to include that it was possible in notifications).

Current changes to the SubscriptionTopic resource include the fields necessary to describe multi-resource notification shapes.

I don't understand what makes this Subscription "multi-resource". Am I just missing some details somewhere?
