There are not plans to at this time.

The IG will be updated to match R5 as much as possible until it first publication. At that point, stability for implementers will be more important that keeping in lock-step with changes to R5.

If there are additional changes to the models after that point, they will be available in the R5 release. After R5 is published (and locked down), we are willing to reconsider if a batch of changes is needed.
