    Description

Harmonization with standard terminologies is not done yet and is promised for later. Is this planned to be done over the next few cycles? FHIR IGs that are not semantically harmonized with each other or with standard terminologies contribute to the continued issue of lack of semantic normalization in health data at the level of controlled terminology.
