Currently BreastRadiologyReport.code is set to the fixed value LOINC 10193-1.

I have changes this so that code is not bound to the BreastRadReportTypesVS value set.

Code can be changed to have the value of the type of report that is desired (screening, etc.).

Currently there is only one value in this value set, so we need add the desired report type codes. That will be addressed in the next version.

    Description

Mammogram findings should differentiate between the type of exam that was performed (screening for asymptomatic patients vs. diagnostic for symptomatic or recalled patients). Due to how these exams are performed, diagnostic exams will present a radiologist with greater opportunity to record detailed findings.
