      The IG is not limited to just the three areas in the first picture.  We will clarify that this is a framework IG to support all SDOH domains and the DAM is being removed as not relevant to this IG scope.

      Description

      It would be helpful to have the models reflect the three SDOH categories of interest to make the document more understandable and to flesh out issues with each. The current example of mobility and skin integrity do not help clarify what might be appropriate in the relevant boxes in the model.

      No wording, but looking at the models/diagrams.

      Proposed Wording:

      In the data modeling framework (with the yellow boxes) and the FHIR model, I am not able to see/track the areas of interest for this ballot, which are food insecurity, transportation, and housing
