The patient persona risk factors include but are not limited to the 3 identified factors (food, housing, transportation) as education, financial resources and others can be addressed for the patient by government programs, ngos and charities in a targeter way to raise the personal and community health-consider the impact on the globabl community over the last 30-50 years in raising the life expectancy of infants in 3rd world countries and reducing the level of abject poverty in the world as evidence that more than 3 factors have a material impact on health outcomes
