      Description

The IG tells implements they are required to contact these companies to purchase licenses that would permit use of the proprietary code systems that are licensed.  However, the link for the APR-DRG codes takes us to a page where there is no information about code system licensing.

      • 3M APR-DRG: AP-DRGs and APR-DRGs are owned by 3M. Use of AP-DRGs and APR-DRGs require a license.

The IG needs to direct users to a relevant website for getting licensing information.
