    Description

      (Comment about http://hl7.org/fhir/R4/valueset-observation-status.html)
In the real world, the abandoned / aborted concept is a patient safety risk IF IT IS SENT. Receiving systems manage these differently, and if the record is displayed with / without the abandoned/aborted - it will take precious clinician time to understand the meaning of the record. Why are these EVER sent?

      Existing Wording:

      Canonical Status: "~abandoned"
The observation is unavailable because the measurement was not started or not completed (also sometimes called "aborted").

      Proposed Wording:

      Aborted
