    Description

MedMorph should use a document resource for its response bundle to facilitate the use of external content in EHRs using documentReference submits and display rather than pure integration with internally generated EHR data. The documentReference facility is existing and the document paradigm will clarify the intent to display response content and use limited data for processing purposes.

      Existing Wording:

      Reporting Bundle Structure

The Response Bundle SHALL always contain the first entry as the MessageHeader resource. The focus of the MessageHeader (MessageHeader.focus) is the Communication resource. The Communication resource links the request and the response together.

      Proposed Wording:

      In accordance with ballot comment
