This table is meant to represent only the additional code systems unique this guide and not listed in the base specification. To answer the question the HCPCS Level I Coding (CPT) codes are listed in the base standard.

Will add a table description to clarify what this table represents as described above and review all the code-systems used in this IG and update the table accordingly to make sure is current and not duplicated FHIR R4 or in VSAC where applicable.
