The Search Conventions page has be revised so that it includes links to US Core search parameter documentation rather than restating them on that page. This addressed the problem identified by the commenter–where the parameters were previously stated without their SHALL/SHOULD/MAY requirements.

In the CapabilityStatements, the search parameters have been confirmed to match US Core for the resources noted as required or recommended on this IG's Search Conventions page.

The Search Conventions page has be revised so that it more explicitly states that the implementers shall follow US Core search guidance.

    Description

The list of required parameters for searches is unclear on this page. For example, clinical-status for Condition is listed in the table, but not the example AND is not a US Core required parameter (but is recommended). Please update conformance language from communication of mere intent to a normative requirement of consistency with US Core. E.g. from " the required search parameters match those required for each resource by US Core" to Defer to US Core's required search parameters" or something like that

      Existing Wording:

The required search parameters match those required for each resource by the US Core.
