      Possible to express an eca-rule as a workflow-def. Hence will remove eca-rule and keep workflow-def which can group multiple actions where as an eca-rule is normally limited to a single action.

    Description

      Section 6.1.3 specifies the following: 

      MedMorph Knowledge Artifacts SHALL be of type eca-rule or workflow-definition and is represented in PlanDefinition.type attribute.

       

      I cannot find anything in the IG that specifies where one is used over the other for a given situation.  If there is no difference to using either of them the why support both?
