Added complete workflow diagrams with example calls (e.g., HTTP POST), responses, and contents.

A general overview is on the Workflow page, with more detailed ones on the Channels page.

Consider Swagger and/or Postman examples out of scope for the IG itself, though HTTP test calls are available and testable against the reference implementation (OSS). However we will provide a link to a Confluence page that provides this sort of supporting information.
